The City Government Of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, Through The Appropriation Ordinance Of 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million And Five Hundred Pesos (₱4,500,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For: Purchase Of Various Disaster Response And Rescue Equipment For Drrm Operations (bp-24-08-0162) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 3.
