Description Invitation To Bid For The Purchase Of Sports Materials To Be Distributred To Various Barangays, Schools, Ngos And Pos 1. The City Government Of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, Through The Appropriation Ordinance Of 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Eight Hundred Forty-nine Thousand And Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos (₱7,849,920.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For: Purchase Of Sports Materials To Be Distributred To Various Barangays, Schools, Ngos And Pos (bp-24-09-0030) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 3.
