The City Government Of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, Through The Appropriation Ordinance Of 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million And Fifty-five Thousand Pesos (₱4,055,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For: Purchase Of Laboratory Reagent For Hematology Testing To Assess Blood Cell Counts, Identify Abnormalities, And Diagnose Conditions (bp-24-11-0011) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 3.
