Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Barangay Mandaragat Now Invites Eligible Suppliers To Participate, Delivery Period Is Within Thirty Days (30) Days Upon Received Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Shall Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidders Is Contained In The Bidding Documents.
