Tenders are invited for Supply Chain Resilience Planning Contractor For The Managing Director Office The Office of Emergency Management ( OEM ) under the Managing Director Office is seeking proposals from qualified contractors with expertise and prior experience in supply chain resilience planning to provide specialized services to support the development and completion of a Federal Emergency Management Agency ( FEMA ) supported Regional Disaster Supply Chain Resilience Plan. This work is supported by the Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program ( RCPGP ). The purpose of this contract is to provide the City of Philadelphia ( City ) with technical consulting needed to assess critical supply chains in the region and to develop and implement preparedness activities that foster public-private sector collaboration to mitigate disruption and restore community lifelines that enable continuous operation of critical government and business functions that are essential to human health, safety, and economic security. Specialized services will focus on analysis of the regional supply chain network including, but not limited to, Geographic Information Systems ( GIS ) products and riskinformed capability assessments.
