Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected A Bid Opening. The Contract To Be Awarded Shall Be Subject To Gppb Guidelines On The Implementation Of Epa Cited In Gppb Circular No.06-2019 Dated July 17,2019. This Epa For Cy 2025 Is Undertaken To Ensure The Timely Delivery Of Goods And Implementation Of This Project Consistent With The. Epa Shall Refer To The Conduct Of Procurement Activities, From Posting Of The Procurement Opportunity, If Required, Until The Recommendation Of The Bids And Awards Committee To The Head Of The Procuring Entity As To The Award Of The Contract For Goods To Be Delivered To Be Rendered In The Following Calendar Year, Pending The Approval Of The Funding Source Thereof. The Bidders, Therefore, Are Herewith Informed Of The Following: A.interested Bidders Are Invited/requested To Submit Their Bid Proposals Based On The Indicative Budget, Subject To Final Approval, Through This Invitation To Bid, Together With The Bidding Documents. B.the City Of Panabo Will Evaluate Bid Proposal And Determine The Responsive/winning Bidder. The Bid Amount/stated In The Financial Bid Proposal Of The Winning Bidder Is Considered Fixed Price. However, The Notice Of Award (noa) Will Only Be Issued Upon The Approval Of The Funding Source/budget. D.would There Be A Delay In The Award As Affected By The Possible Delay In The Approval Of The Funding Source, The Bid Validity As Specified In The Philippine Bidding Documents (which Is A Maximum Of 120 Calendar Days), The Winning Bidder May Be Requested By The Procuring Entity, To Extend The Bid Validity, Prior To The Expiration.
