Respondents May Apply To Any Combination Of Categories And/or Sub-categories. • Category 1: Light Duty Vehicles - 1a: Cars - 1b: Suvs - 1c: Trucks - 1d: Vans - 1e: Hybrid Vehicles - 1f: Electric Vehicles • Category 2: Medium Duty Vehicles - 2a: Regular Cab - 2b: Extended Cab - 2c: Crew Cab • Category 3: Heavy Duty Vehicles - 3a: Single Axle - 3b: Tandem Axle - 3c: Tri-axle Note: This Posting Will Serve To Add New Respondents To The Authorization List.
