The City Government Of Olongapo Now Invites Bids For Framework Agreement For Supplemental Feeding Program (wet Market). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within The Specified Delivery Time Stated In The Scope Of Work/call-off. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. 3.
