The City Of North Vancouver (cnv) Is Requesting Responses To This Invitation To Tender (itt) For The Ray Perrault Fieldhouse Exterior Renovation Project. The City Of North Vancouver Wishes To Undertake Renovations To The Ray Perrault Fieldhouse Building In Order To Improve Quality Of The Space, Appearance And Proper Functioning. This Itt Is Solely For The Improvement Of The Building Exterior And No Interior Work Is Included. The Building Is Mostly Of Sound Structure, Except For The Exterior Finishes. For Durability And Appearance, The Existing Wood Cladding Will Be Replaced With A New Finish; Lp Smartside Panels And Wide Plank Metal Siding Panels. Roof Shingles Will Be Replaced With New Standing Seam Metal Roofing. Soffits Will Be Replaced With Metal Wood Collection Perforated Planks The Scope Of Work For The Rey Perrault Fieldhouse Exterior Renovation Is To Include:  Selective Demolition  New Exterior Siding  New Roof  Painting Of The Existing Doors And Window,  Spouts, Gutters And Other Miscellaneous Items  Additional Soffit Lights  Hard Surface Paving A Non-mandatory Site Meeting Will Take Place On: Thursday, April 11, 2024 10:00 Am At The Ray Perrault Fieldhouse – 1405-grand Boulevard, North Vancouver.
