The City Of Natchez Will Receive Sealed Bids For The Natchez City Auditorium Hvac Replacement Bid Package No. 3 In The Office Of The City Clerk, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, Ms 39120, Until 10:30 A.m. Cst On Thursday, January 9, 2025, With Bids Then Publicly Opened, Read Aloud, And Thereafter Taken Under Advisement Until The Next Meeting Of The Natchez Mayor And Board Of Alderman. The Funding For The Natchez City Auditorium Phase Iii Renovation Is A 2022 Convention Center Complex General Obligation Bond Issue. No State And/or Federal Funds Will Be Used For This Renovation Project. Work At The City Auditorium Will Consist Of But Not Be Limited To The Purchase And Installation Of A Total Of Two (2) New 60-ton Heating, Ventilation And Cooling System (hvac) Systems, For The Main House And Stage Area Of The Natchez City Auditorium.
