The City Government Of Muntinlupa, Through The Duly Approved 2024 Executive Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty One Million Five Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Eight Pesos & 33/100 (p31,585,738.33) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Stp At Colegio De Muntinlupa Brgy. Sucat. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Muntinlupa Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Three Hundred (300) Calendar Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
