Without Limiting The Project Scope, Which Is Described In Detail In The Contract Documents, This Contract Will Include Four (4) Major Categories Of Tree Replacement In Hardscape Conditions Plus Additional Maintenance Services. The Work Will Focus On The Removal And Storage (for Reuse) Of Existing Unit Pavers, Metal Tree Guards And Grates; Removal Of Existing Dead Trees/stumps And Immediate Planting Soil.  Reinstatement Will Involve The Replacement Of The Tree, Topping Up Planting Soil Where Necessary; Ensuring The Existing Aeration Drains If Disturbed Are Connected/functioning; Replacing The Tree Grates, Metal Guards, Unit Pavers, And Conducting The Prescribed Maintenance For The Duration Of The Warranty Period.  The Supplier Is Responsible For All Materials, Labour, Water, Plants, Tools And Equipment Necessary To Satisfy Contract Requirements. Additional Maintenance Items Have Been Added And Will Be Required As Requested By The Contract Manager.  These Locations Will Be Identified By Location And Type Of Service Required On Top Of Regular Tree Planting Operations Within This Contract.
