The Scope Of Work Includes: -flooring Replacement In The Library And Fitness Area, -replacing The Library Circulation Desk -renovation Of The Existing Washrooms -replacement Of Hot Water Tanks, Sump Pumps, And A Rooftop Unit -replacing Sections Of The Roof And Localized Roof Repairs -replacement Of The Power Distribution System, Including The Transformer, Mainswitchboard, And Distribution Panels, And A Step Down Transformer Location: Malton Community Centre, 3540 Morning Star Drive More Detailed Information Is Included In Appendix C Statement Of Work And The Specifications And Drawings Included In This Bid Request.
