This Rfqual Is Being Issued Under The canada-european Union Comprehensive Economic And Trade Agreement (ceta).  The Pre-qualification Of Organizations From This Rfqual Will Be Valid For A Period Of 3 Years, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Comprehensive Economic And Trade Agreement (ceta).  No Further Notices To Solicit Submissions For Inclusion In The Pre-qualified List Will Be Issued During The Three-year Period.  Summary As Part Of Its Recovery From The November 2021 Atmospheric River Event, That Flooded Major Parts Of The City, The City Of Merritt Has Embarked On An Overarching Program Called The C Oldwater River Renewal Plan (the “crrp”), Which Is Comprised Of Various Projects That Include; Earth-filled Dike Construction/re-building, Bank Protection, Slope Stabilization, And Other Flood Mitigation Measures Along The Coldwater River As It Flows Through Merritt, Bc.  The Value Of Construction Projects That May Be Executed As A Part Of The Crrp Itself May Exceed $60 Million In Value Over Several Years. Given The Complexity And Various Issues To Manage Related To The Overall Program; The City Of Merritt (the “city”) Has Issued This Request For Pre-qualification (“rfqual”), To Invite Non-binding Submissions From Experienced Project Management Organizations To Provide Project Management Services On An ‘as And When Needed’ Basis To The Crrp And Its Various Sub-projects, Over The Next 3-years.
