Description Invitation To Bid Supply And Delivery Of Materials For Construction Of Maa Cultural Center Brgy. Naga, Marawi City Contract Id No. 2025-01-015 Abc: Php 21,777,100.00 January 22, 2024 1. The City Government Of Marawi, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty One Million Seven Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand One Hundred Pesos Only. (php 21,777,100.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials And Supplies. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Marawi Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials And Supplies. Completion Of Delivery Is Required Within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Three Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
