Description Invitation To Bid Supply And Delivery Of Materials For Renovation Of Madrasah School Brgy. Bangko, Marawi City Contract Id No. 2025-01-008 Abc: Php 1,202,267.00 January 20, 2024 1. The City Government Of Marawi, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Two Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Seven Pesos Only. (php 1,202,267.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials And Supplies. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Marawi Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Grocery Supplies. Completion Of Delivery Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Three Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
