Description City Government Of Manila Invitation To Bid No. 2025-03-75 Procurement Of Five (5) Units Laptop And Sixty (60) Units Printer For Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital 1. The City Government Of Manila, Through The Philhealth Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Seventy Four Thousand Pesos (php2,074,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Five (5) Units Laptop And Sixty (60) Units Printer For Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital / Itb No. 2025-03-75. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For The Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Manila Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Above Procurement Project For Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital. Delivery Of Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid Equivalent To At Least Fifty (50%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc). The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To R.a. 5183. 4.
