The City Government Of Manila, Through The Philhealth Trust Fund And General Fund Cy 2025 – Security Services Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Sixty Five Million Three Hundred Fifty One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Pesos And 94/100 (php165,351,530.94) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Security Services For Deployment For The Five (5) City Hospitals, Housing Projects Of Manila Urban Settlements Office (tondominium 1 & 2, Binondominium, Parks And Other Various Facilities Under The City General Services Office (building 3rd, 4th, & 5th), Veterinary Inspection Board And Department Of Social Welfare For The Period February 1 To December 31, 2025 / Itb No. 2024-12-223. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For The Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Manila Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Above Procurement Project For Ospital Ng Maynila Medical Center, Gat. Andres Bonifacio Medical Center, Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital, Sta. Ana Hospital, Ospital Ng Sampaloc, City General Services Office, Veterinary Inspection Board And Department Of Social Welfare. Delivery Of Services Is Required By Eleven (11) Months Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc). The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To R.a. 5183. 4.
