Description City Government Of Manila Invitation To Bid No. 2024-04-69 Procurement Of Various Food Packs 1. The City Government Of Manila, Through The Food Supplies Expenses Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Five Million Nine Hundred Seventy Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (php5,973,130.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Various Food Packs Itb No. 2024-04-69. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For The Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Manila Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Above Procurement Project For Manila Health Department. Delivery Of Services Is Required By Ninety (90) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, At Least Two (2) Similar Contracts And The Aggregate Contract Amounts Should Be Given To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc). The Largest Of These Similar Contract Must Be Equivalent To At Least Half Of The Percentage Of The Abc As Required Above. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To R.a. 5183. 4.
