The City Government Of Manila, Through The Special Educational Fund (sef) - Office Supplies Expenses Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nineteen Million Four Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (php19,487,600.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of 44,000 Pieces Diploma Holder For Grade 6, Grade 12 And Als Students/ Itb No. 2024-12-212. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Manila Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Above Procurement Project For Division Of City Schools. Delivery Of Goods Is Required By Forty Five (45) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc). The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
