Description City Government Of Manila Invitation To Bid No. 2023-11-232a Rental Of Ventilator Service For The Two (2) City Hospitals For The Period February 1 To December 31, 2024 1. The City Government Of Manila, Through The Rent Expenses – Fy2024 And Philhealth Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Six Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Six Pesos And 67/100 (php3,666,666.67) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Rental Of Ventilator Service For The Two (2) City Hospitals For The Period February 1 To December 31, 2024 / Itb No. 2023-11-232a. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For The Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Manila Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Above Procurement Project For Gat Andres Bonifacio Medical Center And Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital. Delivery Of Services Is Required By Eleven (11) Months Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, At Least (2) Similar Contracts And The Aggregate Contract Amounts Should Be Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc). The Largest Of These Similar Contracts Must Be Equivalent To At Least Half Of The Percentage Of The Abc As Required Above. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Building Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To R.a. 5183. 4.
