The City Government Of Manila, Through The Special Educational Fund (sef) - Other Supplies And Materials Expenses Intends To Apply The Sum One Hundred Ninety Nine Million Seven Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Seventy Two Pesos (php199,794,072.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Various School Bags For Kinder To Grade 6, Grade 7 And Grade 9 Students / Itb No. 2024-12-211. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Manila Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Above Procurement Project For Division Of City Schools. Delivery Of Goods Is Required By One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc). The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
