Tenders are invited for EOC Software Project Description: The City seeks proposals to implement a commercial off-the-shelf, configurable, webbased, and vendor-hosted (may be proposed with or without optional on-premises capability) Incident Management system for planning, responding and managing emergency management as it pertains to the response to COVID-19. The software solution shall include documentation, tracking and sharing of information associated with the COVID-19 response for daily operations, events, and incidents. Optionally, the system may provide emergency communications, alert, and warning systems to support the public information core capability for the COVID-19 disaster. To assist the City in this effort, the City is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified Bidders who can meet the project requirements stated herein. DUE DATE Sealed proposals are due but will not be publicly opened on: November 17, 2020 at City Hall in the Purchasing Department, Room 60, 375 Merrimack Street, Lowell, MA 01852, at 11:00 AM, EST/EDST, for the work described herein.
