The City Of Lincoln Council Is Seeking To Appoint A Single Service Provider To Supply, And To Supply And Fit, Certified Timber Fire Door Sets. The Property To Be Serviced Within This Contract Is Under The Ownership And/or Management Of The Council. All Property Is Located Within The Boundaries Of The City Of Lincoln.the Scope Of Works Will Include:- The Supply Only Of Certified Timber Fire Door Sets Including Solid Doors And Partially Glazed Doors- The Supply And Fit Of Certified Timber Fire Door Sets Including Solid Doors And Partially Glazed Doors- The Supply Of A Full Range Of Spare Parts For The Above Doorsthe Contract Will Be Let For An Initial Period Of 3 Years Intended To Commence On 1st July 2024 With The Option To Extend For 2 Further Periods Of 2 Years Up To A Maximum Contract Period Of 7 Years. There Is No Guarantee As To The Number Of Works Orders That Will Be Passed To The Service Provider Each Year.
