The City Government Of Legazpi, Through The General Fund Cy2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty-five Million Thirty Thousand Pesos Only (p35,030,000.00) To Payments Under The Contract For Barangay Rescue Service Vehicles. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Legazpi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
