All Prospective Bidders Must Submit A Letter Of Intent (loi) Together With Special Power Of Attorney (spa) Or Duly Notarized Board Secretary’s Certificate Issued To Their Authorized Representative Specifically Intended For The Aforementioned Project, Present The Original And Submit Copy Of The Pcab License (medium A), Mayors Permit, Dti, Tax Clearance, Philgeps Certificate (platinum) And Certified Copy Of Proof Of Completed Contract Similar To The Project To Bid (at Least 50%) Within The Last Five Years, Purchase Bid Documents, And Must Meet The Following Major Criteria: (a) Filipino Citizen Of 75% Filipino Owned Partnership, Corporation, Cooperative, Or Joint Venture With Pcab License Applicable To The Type And Cost Of This Contract, (b) Net Financial Contracting Capacity At Least Equal To Abc, Or Credit Line Commitment For At Least 10% Of Abc.
