The City Government Of Legazpi, Through The General Fund Cy2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-nine Pesos And Ninety Centavos (p1,499,679.90) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Installation Of 16kw Solar Power System For Use Of New Legazpi 911 Building, 2nd Floor, Albay Market Building, Albay District, Legazpi City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Legazpi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Goods Are To Be Delivered Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidder Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
