The City Government Of Legazpi, Through The General Fund Cy2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (p5,600,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Refrigerated Van For City Slaughterhouse Use. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Legazpi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Refrigerated Van Is To Be Delivered Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidder Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
