The City Government Of Legazpi, Through The Trust Fund Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Seventy-nine Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-two Pesos Only (p1,579,622.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract Various Materials And Equipment For The Use Of Department Of Labor And Employment (dole) Dip Beneficiaries (food Vending/legazpi City Market Beneficiaries). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Legazpi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Goods Are To Be Delivered Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidder Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
