R No. 24-10-1410. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The City Of Lapu-lapu Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Abovementioned Procurement Project. Ldp/ Cgso Item No. Qty. Unit Of Issue Item Description 1. 7,361 Tons Transfer/ Disposal Of Residual Waste Terms & Conditions: 1. Hauling Of Lapu-lapu City Residual Waste From Mrf Station To An Accredited Sanitary Landfill. (weighing Of Garbage Truck Before Loading And After Loading With Residual Waste At Existing Truck Weighing Scale Of The City's Mrf) 2. Loading Of Garbage From Mrf Station, Hauling, Management And Transportation To The Designated Sanitary Landfill, Will Be The Responsibility Of The Service Provider. 3. Service Provider Will Ensure The Hauling Of The Total Daily Garbage Collected At The Temporary Station To The Sanitary Landfill Estimated 180 Tons/day. 4. Must Ensure The Availability Of Garbage Trucks To Meet The Daily Requirements Of The City. (preferably Owned And Good Running Condition) 5. Garbage Truck Must Have Proper Cover To Prevent Spillage And Leachate While On Transit. Spraying Of Anti-odor And Anti Bacterial Enzymes To Prevent Odor Pollution Is Mandatory. 6. The Winning Bidder Must Secure The Needed Clearance/permits From Other Lgu's That Maybe Affected In The Transport Of Solid Waste To The Sanitary Landfill. 7. Service Provider Must Have An Existing Memorandum Of Agreement To A Sanitary Landfill With An Environmental Compliance Certification (ecc). *equipment Deployment: 1. One (1) Unit Backhoe With Ready Standby Unit 2. Must Have Minimum Of 5 Units To A Maximum Of 10 Units Dump Trucks (ten Wheeler Trucks) 3.payment Every After Two (2) Weeks. The City Of Lapu-lapu Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Services Is Required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice Of Award/purchase Order Or On Staggered Basis As Per Request By End-user. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
