Description Republic Of The Philippines City Of Lapu-lapu 6015 Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of 270,000 Liters Diesel And 54,000 Liters Gasoline The City Of Lapu-lapu Through The Mooe Funds 1061-5-02-03-090 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-two Million Nine Hundred Forty-four Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (₱ 22,944,600.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of 270,000 Liters Diesel And 54,000 Liters Gasoline Under P. R No. 24-11-1539. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The City Of Lapu-lapu Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Abovementioned Procurement Project. Cgso Item No. Qty. The Bidder Must Be A Supplier Of Petroleum, Oil And Lubricant (pol) Product And An Existing Operator Of A Fuel Re-filling Station With Functional Gas Station Within The Territorial Jurisdiction Of Lapu-lapu City. 2. Bid Prices Shall Be The Price Board Of The Prospective Supplier. Cost For E-vat And Other Government Cost, Which Fall Equally On All Prospective Suppliers Are Presumed To Be Included In The Computation Of The Bid Price. The Quoted Price Per Unit Must Be Inclusive Of All Charges Including Taxes And Fees, Which May Be Imposed By Law. 3. If During Contract Implementation. The Total Contract Price For The Project Would Have Been Consumed Not Withstanding That The Requirements Were Not Fully Delivered In The Units/volume Contemplated, No Further Order And Payments Shall Be Made. 4. For Purposes Of Payment, The Amount To Be Paid Per Unit Cost By The Procuring Entity Of The Gasoline And Diesel Requirements Actually Delivered And Duly Received By It Shall Be Based On The Bid Price. The Movement Of Fuel Prices (increase/rollback) Every Week Shall Be Monitored And The Same Should Be Commputed Against The Bid Price. 5. The Winning Bidder Shall Deliver/provide Upon Request By The Cgso Until The Complete Exhaustion Of The Amount Of The Purchase Order. 6. The Processing Of The Billing Will Be Every Two (2) Weeks. The City Of Lapu-lapu Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Fuels Is Required To Start Within Seven (7) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice Of Award/purchase Order Or On Staggered Basis As Per Request By End-user. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
