Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The City Government Of Lamitan Through The Office Of The City Motorpool Under Other Moe – Repair And Maintenance Of Other Machinery/equipment F.y. 2024, Intends To Apply The Following Abc Per Item To Payment For The Contract For Each Item, To Wit: 1. 12 Pcs Tire 13.00 X 24 @57,000.00 P 684,000.00 2. 4 Pcs Inner Tube 440/80-28 @ 7,000.00 P 28,000.00 Total P 712,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. The City Government Of Lamitan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorship, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 3.
