Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Partial Bid Is Allowed. The City Government Of La Carlota Now Invites Bids For Construction Of Drainage System At Valois St. (north Side), La Carlota City. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be 10 Days Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within One (1) Year Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section 2, Instruction To Bidders.
