This request For Quotations (the “rfq”) Is An invitation By The Corporation Of The City Of Kitchener (“the City”) To Prospective Respondents To Submit Non-binding Quotations For Private Property Cleanup, Maintenance And Repair Services as Further Described In Section A Of The Rfq Particulars (appendix D) (the “deliverables”).  The City Of Kitchener Invites Qualified Contractors To Respond To This Request For Quotation For The Clean-up, Maintenance, And Repair Of Privately Owned Properties As Directed By The Bylaw Enforcement Division. Respondents Are Expected To Perform This Work And Be Able To Respond Within Forty-eight (48) Hours Of Notification And Be Able To Comply With The Requirements As Defined Here-in. The City Will Only Consider Quotations Received From Respondents Who Have Registered With Bids And Tenders And Have Obtained The Rfq Directly From The Bids And Tenders Website At Https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “bidding System”).
