The City Of Kitchener Wishes To Retain A Consultant With Experience In Rehabilitation/replacement Of Retaining Walls To Restore Existing Retaining Wall Located On Stirling Avenue South, 150m North Of The Mill Street Intersection, To Maintain It In A Safe Operating Condition While Ensuring The Structural Integrity. The Successful Respondent Is Expected To Complete The Pre-design, Final Design, Coordinate All Related Project Needs And Permits, Tendering, Contract Administration/inspection And Resident/business Services During Construction. All Design Must Be Completed In Accordance With Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code, Mto-structural Rehabilitation Manual, Opss, The Region Of Waterloo’s Design Guidelines And Supplemental Specifications For Municipal Services (dgssms) – Most Recent Version, And The City Of Kitchener Subdivision Manual, Along With Any Other Relevant City And Industry Standards (ckss, Ops Etc.), And Community Plans.
