Tenders are invited for Medical, RX, Dental, HSA and FSA Insurance Description: The City of Irving is soliciting proposals from qualified providers who can furnish the following insurance products for the City of Irving: Administrative services for three self-funded health plans, including network access and management, pharmacy benefits and health improvement services. Fully Insured Dental - DPPO & DHMO FSA HSA There will be no pre-proposal conference on conjunction with this RFP. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. In the case of an RFP or RFQ, any hard copy requirements will be identified in the specifications under Contents of Proposal.
