The City Government Of Iloilo, Through The Capital Outlay Cy2025, Office Of The City Engineer To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 27,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Additional Fund For The Construction Of Icare Center (phase 3) At Megaworld, Mandurriao, Iloilo City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Iloilo Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
