Place, Date, Time Of Delivery: - During The Effectivity Of The Contract And When The Need Arises, The Provision Of The Required Goods And Services Shall Be In Accordance With The Place, Date And Time To Be Provided By End-user Thru A Written Notice. The Same Shall Be Likewise Be Coordinated With And Inspected By The Iloilo City Government – General Services Office. B. C.
