Description Invitation To Bid For The Printing Of Iec Materials (bid No. 0329) 1. The City Of Iloilo, Through The Ldrrmf Cy 2024/3. Preparedness 3.3 Printing Of Iec Materials, Development And Production Of Drr/ccam Iec Materials Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (₱998,400.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Printing Of Iec Materials. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Of Iloilo Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Twenty (20) Calendar Days After Approval Of Design And Lay-out. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184.
