The Bac Will Use Non – Discretionary Pass/ Fail Criteria In The Eligibility Screening As Well As In The Preliminary Examination Of Bids. The Bac Will Conduct Post–qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid Advantageous To The Government. Opening Of Bids From Eligible Bidders As Evaluated - November 20, 2024 Prospective Bidders Shall Submit All The Required Documents To The Bac Secretariat Or To The Bac Chairman Or Drop Their Documents At The Designated Drop Box On The Scheduled Date & Time After Payment Of Non– Refundable Fee In The Amount Of: Five Thousand Pesos ( 5,000.00 ) For The Bidding Documents At The Office Of The City Treasurer, This City.
