Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Negros Oriental City Of Guihulngan Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid (itb No. Pb2024 - 021) The City Of Guihulngan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Contractors Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) To Apply For Eligibility And To Bid For The Hereunder Project/contract: Name Project : Construction/installation Of Solar Lights At Barangay Sandayao ( Green Procurement Compliant ) Project Duration : 90 Calendar Days Abc : 3,832,403.44 Source Of Fund : General Fund Proper Cy 2024 (capital Outlay) Gad Program Location Of The Project : Barangay Sandayao , Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental Prospective Bidder Should Possess A Valid Pcab With Sp-ee (electrical Work) And Must Have The Experience In Undertaking A Similar Project Within The Last Five (5) Years Or Have Completed A Similar Project At Least 50% Of The Abc Of The Project. Must Also Have An Experience Of Having Satisfactorily Completed A Single Contract Similar To The Project To Be Bid, And Whose Value/ Amount Is Adjusted To Current Prices Using The Nso Consumer Price Indices Available At The Philgeps Website; And Have Key Personnel And Equipment Available For The Execution Of The Contract. The Bac Will Use Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria As Specified In The Revised Irr Of Ra 9184 In The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids. The Bac Will Conduct Post-qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid. Subcontracting Will Not Be Allowed.
