The Bac Will Use Non – Discretionary Pass/ Fail Criteria In The Eligibility Screening As Well As In The Preliminary Examination Of Bids. The Bac Will Conduct Post–qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid Advantageous To The Government. All Particulars Relative To Eligibility Screening, Pre-bidding Conference, Eligibility Screening, Bid Security, Evaluation Of Bids, Post-qualification, Performance Security And Award Of Contract Shall Be Governed By Pertinent Provisions Of R.a. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr). Opening Of Bids From Eligible Bidders As Evaluated - December 02, 2024 Prospective Bidders Shall Submit All The Required Documents To The Bac Secretariat Or To The Bac Chairman Or Drop Their Documents At The Designated Drop Box On The Scheduled Date & Time After Payment Of Non– Refundable Fee In The Amount Of: One Thousand Pesos ( 1,000.00 ) For The Bidding Documents At The Office Of The City Treasurer, This City.
