The Bac Will Use Non – Discretionary Pass/ Fail Criteria In The Eligibility Screening As Well As In The Preliminary Examination Of Bids. The Bac Will Conduct Post–qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid Advantageous To The Government. All Particulars Relative To Eligibility Screening, Pre-bidding Conference, Eligibility Screening, Bid Security, Evaluation Of Bids, Post-qualification, Performance Security And Award Of Contract Shall Be Governed By Pertinent Provisions Of R.a. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr).
