The City Government Of Gapan, Through The Social Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Million Pesos (p 20,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Upgrading And Rehabilitation Of Damaged Paved Road (concreting And Line Canal) (infra-eo-2024-008). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Gapan Now Invites Bids For The Upgrading And Rehabilitation Of Damaged Paved Road (concreting And Line Canal) (infra-eo-2024-008). Completion Of The Works Is Requiring One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days Upon Receiving The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed Within Ten (10) Years A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3.
