The City Government Of Cotabato, Through General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eighty Three Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (php 83,200.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract. Conduct Of Seminar For Intensive Information Dissemination Of Traffic Rules And Routes And Proper Personal Hygiene For Tricycle For Hire (tfh) Driver In The City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Cotabato, Now Invites Bids For Catering Services.
