The City Government Of Cotabato, Through General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Fifteen Pesos (php 512,615.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract. For Use Of Business Permit And Licensing Office. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
