The City Government Of Cotabato, Through General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Forty Two Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Five Pesos (php 142,295.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract. For Use Of Office Of The City Administrator. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
