The City Government Of Cotabato, Through General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Two Hundred Seventeen Pesos (php 420,217.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract. Replacement Of Exposed Main Conductors At Transformer Pad. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
