The City Government Of Cotabato, Through General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Forty One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (php 641,250.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract. Outbreak Preparedness For Emerging And Re-emerging Diseases. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
