The City Government Of Cotabato, Through General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifty One Thousand Two Hundred Ten Pesos (php 51,210.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract. For The Maintenance Of The City Hall Lobby (right And Left). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
